A beautiful “THE BOX OF LOVE” gift. Filled with all handmade flowers, this box is full of wonders. The beauty of the box is that each and every tiny flower is purely handmade. Took me around a month to complete this with lots of hard work and investment.
It was inspired by Darshana Savla "Wedding Celebration" course. So much Hard work is needed of this and I thank her very much for sharing her creativity in such a beautiful way.
The size of the box is approx. 17”x17”x5” wooden base, covered with glossy enamel white paint.
The upper part of the box is filled with handmade lilac flowers made with Heartfelt Creations lush lilac stamp and diecuts.
Each petal was separately colored and shaped. I have used wire pollen in each petal and then stacked them together to form a bunch with the help of green floral tape.
There are approx. 900 lilac buds used to make the whole setup.
Along with lilacs, bunches of yellow flowers are also added to enhance the beauty.
The paper arch behind the lilac bunch is stacked over each other to give a 3D look.
The arch is made using spellbinders Filigree Veil die set.
The frame of the picture is made with few leaves die on the sides spellbinders arched elegance die on top.
Lowe part of the box is filled with handmade chrysanthemums made using Heartfelt Creations enchanted mums stamp and die set.
There are around 25 chrysanthemum flowers and one flower is layered with around 10 layers.
Each petal is die cut from Dress My Craft (DMC) floral oriental paper, then colored with waterproof archival inks and shaped with DMC groove golf tools.
